Texas - Limited Liability Partnership Application for Registration

This is a form for registering a Limited Liability Partnership formed in a state other then Texas or a country other then the United States to be able to do business in Texas. The cost is $200 for each partner with a minimum fee of $200 and a maximum fee of $750 and two (2) copies of the completed form must be submitted.
