This is a form for registering a For Profit Corporation that was formed in a state other then Rhode Island to be able to do business with the state of Rhode Island. The cost is dependent on the number of authorized shares. If the number of authorized shares is less then or equal to 75,000,000 shares then the fee is $310 and if the number of shares is greater then 75,000,000 then the Division of Business Services ((401) 222-3040) must be contacted to determine the fee.
